Find the cheapest fuel near you — and keep a fleet's fuel spend under control.
FuelSmart shows live fuel prices at more than 8,000 petrol stations across the UK, on a map, ordered by what matters: the price at the pump and the distance to reach it. Compare petrol (E10), super unleaded (E5) and diesel (B7), plan a route that refuels where it's cheapest, save your regular stations, set price targets, and track what you actually save.
It's free for drivers. No account is needed to check prices — signing up adds favourites, price targets and the savings tracker.
Prices come from the UK Government's official Fuel Finder scheme, which requires fuel retailers to publish their pump prices. FuelSmart refreshes this data every day and keeps a running history of price changes, so you can see not just what a station charges now but how it has moved.
Prices are set by retailers and can change during the day — always treat the pump price as final. If a station looks wrong or is missing, we'd like to know.
The same data powers a fleet dashboard for small transport and trade businesses: drivers, vehicles and fill-ups in one place, approved and blocked stations, scheduled spend reports, and a clear view of where the fleet is paying more than the local average. See FuelSmart for Business.
FuelSmart is built independently in Liverpool. It started as a simple question — “why is fuel 10p cheaper two streets away?” — and grew into the tool we wished existed: honest prices, no clutter, built for UK drivers.
